Schapelle Corby has taken to social media to debut her new hairstyle.

The former SAS Australia contestant has dyed her originally dark hair a rich shade of copper-red and her fans are loving it.

Corby appeared to begin transitioning from dark brunette to a lighter colour around October.

Her latest Instagram post shows the end result of the gradual lightening process.

Corby said so many people had asked her where she had her hair done that she created a special post tagging in those involved in her transformation.

“Hair colour – Dark Copper,” she wrote, “for those asking.”

“Love it. Thank you @_mrs.arcos at @elanlanehairbeauty.

“Logan area. Beenleigh.”

Logan is an area in south-east Queensland.

Back in August, Corby announced she was looking for love after splitting up from her Indonesian boyfriend.

The 45-year-old convicted drug smuggler took to Instagram asking people to “help a girl out.”

In the post, Corby is pictured walking along the beach holding the hand of her ex-boyfriend, Ben Panangian, whose image had been scratched out.
