The love of horses runs in the royal family, so it’s no surprise that Princess Charlotte is “obsessed with horses” and has asked for a pony for Christmas.

With her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth taking her first riding lesson at just three years old, and both Princess Anne and Zara Tindall having competed at Olympic level equestrian events, the young royal is following in her family’s footsteps.

“She’s asked for a pony,” reports  Closer, per the  Daily Mail. But she may have to wait till next year as Prince William reportedly “thinks she’s too young.”

Prince George on the other hand, has apparently asked for some new sporting equipment this holiday. “George is really into tennis and has asked for a new racket and a football table,” an insider told the British tabloid.

And despite the two having an extensive wish list for the holiday season, it seems the their one-year-old brother Prince Louis, is just learning how to talk so it’s unlikely that he’s asking for specific presents.

“You remind me of my little Louis, he keeps saying ‘me, me, me’ and he wants to come everywhere with me,” said Kate about her youngest child only last week when she was helping pick out a Christmas tress at an event with her new patronage Family Action.

But we’re sure he’ll have plenty of gifts to unwrap on December 25.
