Every curly-haired girl knows the struggle of having to carry around multiple hair products to manage their curls.Â
Anti-frizz serums, leave-in conditioners, curl cream and heat protection spray, are a few of the essentials that most curly hair girls can’t live without, but what if there was a product that could do it all?Â
Revlon’s UniqOne Curls treatment is the perfect solution, and as someone who struggles with finding a curl treatment that doesn’t leave my curls stringy or puffy, the treatment has become an essential part of my routine.Â
The treatment boasts ten different benefits including:
- Deeply nourishes and repairs damaged curls
- Enhances long-lasting natural curl definitionÂ
- 96H frizz controlÂ
- Elasticity and bounceÂ
- Provides lightweight, clean holdÂ
- Conditions and detangles
- Heat protectionÂ
- Boosts shineÂ
- Helps prevent split endsÂ
- Softness and manageability
Yes, those are some big statements, but after my first use I could already see some of the benefits, especially as someone with fine, curly hair.Â
I found that my hair was less frizzy and puffy and my curls were a lot more defined, even a few days after I initially applied it. I also loved the slight sweet and fruity scent that wasn’t too overpowering.Â
My hair was also easier to manage and style as it wasn’t as tangled and despite the gel-like texture of the product, it didn’t weigh down my fine hair or leave it feeling greasy.Â
I found that the best way to use the product is to use it on damp hair.Â
I like to pump the product onto the palm of my hand (approx. 5-12 times depending on the thickness and length of your hair) and then rubbing it in my hands, before applying it onto my hair on layered sections to ensure even distribution.Â
I then detangle my hair with a wide tooth comb before scrunching my hair with my hands to ensure even curl clumps.Â
I normally blow dry my hair, but it you have extra time on your hands, you can leave it to air dry.Â
