Waiting for the royal family to walk down the streets of Sandringham for their Annual Christmas Day has become a tradition many people over the world wait in anticipation for every year.

Being one of the most significant days on the royal calendar, this year could be an even bigger treat for royal fans as sources suspect in 2019, we might see Prince George, six, and Princess Charlotte, four, make their debut.

Emily Andrews said  The Sun, she suspected there is a strong possibility the two eldest Cambridge children will join their parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the walk to church, alongside the rest of their large family.

“It will be so sweet. George and Charlotte will make their Christmas debut, as long as they’re both on good form on the day,” a source said.

“It’s the picture all royal fans want to see. The royals walking to church on Christmas Day is a rite of passage and so William and Kate didn’t want to expose their children too early, but they feel they’re old enough now.”

However, while it would be the ultimate treat to see Prince Louis attend the Christmas Day walk, it is unlikely as the adorable one-year-old is just a little too young.

Although, in 2016, a then-family of four were snapped attending church in Bucklebury – Princess Charlotte was only a cheeky one-year-old then, and Prince George had celebrated his third birthday five months earlier.

While Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are reportedly forgoing a royal Christmas this year, it is likely we will miss out on seeing them.

Last year, it was revealed that George and Charlotte were definitely not sleeping away at home when their parents went to church, as a royal fan said.

Jill Lee, 71, told the media that while the Duchess of Cambridge was greeting crowds outside the church, she revealed what their Christmas morning was like with the kids.

“I said to Kate ‘were the children up early’ and she said ‘very early, but it was lovely to see their faces’,” the royal fan revealed.
